A former Managing Director at CBRE, Regional Head of Capital Projects at Halliburton, and Asia-Pacific Solutions Director at JLL, Ian has held responsibility for portfolios exceeding US$1 billion in annual capital deployment, directing PMOs, delivery platforms and cross-border project teams that de-risk cost, schedule, compliance and operational performance for occupiers, investors and public-sector clients.
At JLL he grew regional revenue 10x, delivered major pharmaceutical, industrial and commercial developments, launched Liquid Lab, JLL's first APAC proptech venture studio, and built VR360 technology contracted by 200+ projects across Asia, earning JLL's Da Vinci Platinum Award two years running.
Today Ian lives and builds in Bali, as founder of Third Spaces and developer of The Line Bali, bringing Fortune 500 delivery discipline to the island's most ambitious projects.
